Band Booster Meeting Agenda

• Practice schedule
• Outside Performance Schedule (refer to website)
• Discuss uniform fitting (Monday Sep 17th), dry cleaning,
And parent help
• Discuss the purchase of tickets for the Atlanta Classic is ten dollars and money will be taking starting on Monday Sept 17. Students will also need money for lunch as well.
• Parent chaps for the Atlanta Classic will be limited to 5 parents.
• Call time for this event will be 7:30a.m in full BAND UNIFORM
• Peach State Battle of the Bands/October 6th/ Richard Snell County Stadium/Snellville, GA
• Call time for this performance will be between 1:00-1:30p.m. This will allow time for those students that are test that morning.
• Band students will wear the BAND UNIFORMS for this performance.
• Students will also need to bring money to at the concessions as well.
• On September 26th, the band will be have a "Spirit Night" at Chick-fil-a on Mt.Zion Road. A percentage have all store earnings on this night will be donated to the band.
• The band will perform at chick-fil-a for the event and are also asked to eat dinner there as well. Students will wear there wind suit for this performance.
